This relaxed workshop is suitable for those with some gardening experience or beginners who would like to find out about the basic principles of garden design and start to apply them to their own garden.

During the workshop you will

You will be doing some hands-on drawing and planning during the workshop.  So bring along photographs, plans and/or measurements of your garden to try out some new layouts and ideas.  

Follow this with  Designing with Plants (Part 2) Workshop to select and place plants within your design.
